The Kléber Hôtel is open 24h/7d!

Check-in is at 3.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am max ; otherwise we do have space at reception to keep your luggage and valuables, a paid service the amount of which is up to you!

In case of a late check-out, an additionnal fee of 40€ will be charged, except if an arrangement has been made with reception prior to departure.

To avoid any loss of or damage to the key and access card, our hosts are kindly asked to leave them at reception before going out.

Breakfast consists in a continental buffet, served from 7.00 to 10.00 am in the Breakfast Room, which is located on the 4^th floor, directly on your left when you exit the elevator (Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30 during the week-end and on holidays). If you wish to take breakfast earlier, please inform the staff beforehand.

The Kléber Square (or Place Kléber), where our hotel is located, is a pedestrian-only area (except from 6.00 to 11.00 am for deliveries), and it is forbidden to park there.

* We would advise our clientele to park their car in the INDIGO Parking – Homme de Fer located on the Homme de Fer Plaza (or « Place de l’Homme de Fer ») just next to the tram station of the same name (height-limit : 1m80).
Don’t forget to ask for a discount ticket before leaving the hotel !
It brings down the usual price from 44.00€/24h to 25€/24h.
How to use it : find the automatic machine on level -1, the same level as the parking’s boutique; insert your parking ticket first, and then the discount ticket.
Discount is applied relative to the amount of time your vehicle has been parked !
The machine only accepts credit cards as payment.

** If your vehicle is over 1m80, we suggest you park in the Relay Parking , which is the only parking close to the city center that accepts large vehicles like vans or campers. The price is around 5€/24h, but you have to move your vehicle every 24h. Price includes parking and a back-and-forth tram ticket for all people in the vehicle.
