The Victoria is open 24 hours a day, if you find the doors closed, please ring the bell to the right of the front door.

Rooms can be rented from 3pm onwards and must be vacated by 11am (outside these hours, we offer a luggage storage service for a fee of 3€/luggage).

In case of late check-out, an additional fee of 20% of the reserved room price will be charged, unless previously arranged with the reception.

To avoid any risk of breakage or loss, we ask our guests to leave their keys at the reception desk.

Breakfast is served as a buffet from 7am to 10am in the room opposite the elevator on the ground floor. If you wish to have an earlier breakfast, please inform the reception desk the day before.

We prefer local products and limit over-packaged products as much as possible. We can also serve gluten-free bread and vegetarian milk upon request.

The rue du Maire Kuss where our hotel is located is pedestrianized (except from 6am to 11am), so it is impossible to park there.

* We advise you to park your car (if it is less than 1m90 high) at the Wodli or Saint Aurelie Parking next to the central station.

** If your vehicle is more than 1m90 high, we suggest you the parking relay-Elsau, which is the only one to be able to welcome this type of vehicles, the complete list of: parking relay, the rate is less than 5€ / 24h with obligation to move your vehicle every 24h. It includes the parking fee as well as a return streetcar ride for all the occupants of the vehicle.

Ecology

Towels that you wish to keep should be hung up, if you wish to have them replaced you can leave them on the floor of the shower/tub.
Bed linen is not replaced during a stay of several nights, please contact the reception if you wish to have this done.
